There are degrees of aggression to this type of genre and I tend to lend myself towards a more “gentle” side. What I mean is I don’t intend to actually do my mother in or scare the s**t out of her.  Not all hardcore music is about anti-religion or anti-mom. Cooks and Tips #4: Carnival Cakes

These are a really fun food to make with family and friends. It isn’t something that you want to have all of the time, but it is a better alternative to funnel cakes.

Ice Cream Recipe:

CoCo Coffee Ice Cream – Leigh Peele

60g Protein Powder, Chocolate
22 fl oz Almond milk, Chocolate Unsweet
7 g Splenda (or 12 g regular sugar if don’t want to use artificial)
2 g xanthum gum
5 g instant coffee
10 g unsweet cocoa powder
3 packets of stevia

Directions:

1. Make sure your ice Cream maker is ready to use per factory instructions.

2. Place protein powder and milk into blend. Blend for 30 sec.

3. Add remaining ingredients and blend together for 1 min or until fully mixed and thick.

4. Transfer into ice cream maker and wait for ice cream to thicken. Depending on maker it is roughly 30-50 mins.

Yields 2 heaping servings

Calories: 215 Protein: 27 Carbs: 13. 2 Fat: 6.29

Project update – No muscle? Kiss my lats

I am under fire often. Very rarely am I wrong and this is not because I am so awesomely smart.  I am overly paranoid about being wrong and un-lazy with my pursuits. I can count on one hand the statements I have put out over the past 2 years which have been off. They were publicly acknowledged, corrected and a learning lesson towards future statements. I have even taken up writing and grammar education as a new hobby. I did not want quality information  tainted due to sloppy writing.  It is still a daily battle for me and something I am not talented in but I strive to get it right the best I can.  I still wouldn’t take any grammar lessons from me because I am not well versed in this area.
