I can’t tell you how many times I have opened up a book, saw a recipe, and said “oh, I have to make that right now!” A problem can occur when “right now” means “I don’t have any calories left for the day.” Next thing you know you are in the pits of a diet excuse. You know that place where you justify not hitting your numbers? Oh yeah, that place.
