4/2/2 Freestyle Routine
I have a hardtime doing the same thing over and over again. Because of this, you aren’t going to find me on a treadmill, swimming laps, or anything that requires repetitive movements. Instead, I like to break up my cardio routines into timed multiple movements. I like to progress from movement to movement in 60 sec patterns. It is simple, effective, and challenging.
