Amazing Deal + Good Cause

I planned on putting up an article tonight, but it will have to wait until tomorrow. As a preview, it will finally answer a lot of those questions you have about aging, weight loss and training. Who Is Going To Win $1000.00 Worth Of Prizes?

 

Total weight lost of everyone in the challenge is 283.66 pounds.

 

This was a tough challenge. With the holidays coming up, economy being bad, and family problems; the members had their hands full. I know that most sites only care about pictures with newspapers or how good they can make their models look, but these are people dealing with real adversity and common problems. These pounds were not lost in vain. Honestly, I am really touched by everyone who participated in this challenge. I am honored to have been a part of it. You did great guys.

Unbearable Lightness – Portia de Rossi – Mini Book Review

I wasn’t overly familiar with who Portia De Rossi (now Degeneres) was prior to reading this book. All I really knew was she acted on Arrested Development (brilliant) and single-handedly destroyed 1001 lesbian stereotypes. However, no more than 10 pages into the book, I knew her extremely well.
