Official Goal and “Mission” of This Challenge: Every year I always see a huge race before summer to become the person people see themselves capable of becoming, only to see a large amount of them disappointed because they didn’t realize the road ahead of them. The momentum always dies down and by this time of the year people have decided “there is always next year.” I would like to be apart of breaking that cycle for as many people as possible. I want to help people end this summer achieving the goal they always wanted or having one heck of a head start.
This program is realistic. The support is honest and truthful. I am going to be involved and looking in on the check-ins and in awarding prizes to those who give it their all. This isn’t necessary about fat loss, but it is about putting forth the effort. We aren’t going to waste time on people who don’t care. I don’t care how fast you move, lose weight, gain muscle, etc. I just want you to care enough about your life to devote 60 measly days to change it. You can do this and all of us are going to be there to help you do it.

Program rules: Members can do any program they choose, but a 60-day program is being provided for members to follow if so desired. I know I said before you have to follow the program, but I changed my mind to allow everyone to be involved if they wanted to be. The best thing is you have a program to follow and accountability is still key. No check-in, no prizes and no emoticons. I might even use them myself. See more information on the “Lean Being Program” below.
Prizes: This 60-day challenge is going to work off an ongoing prize system based off a “wishlist.” See more information below. Total prizes award and given will be no less than $1000.00 and no more than $2000.00. Total allocations will be based upon entries/membership because I have a dog to feed.
WishList: For this 60-day challenge I thought it would make sense to provide a prize while the challenge was going on to encourage people (or even help) with items they need to make their challenge easier. Once a week, for the next 8 weeks, members are going to be selected from the Wishlist thread and receive a prize. Members are responsible for selecting their item, linking us to a description of the item, and stating how this item will make them happy, encouraged, or their life easier. It could be a MP3 player, a suspension trainer, or a book. Price ranges will be pre-determined and a member cannot win a back-to-back week, but they can win more than once.
As the challenge goes on prizes will increase and results and dedication will be rewarded.
Lean Being Program: As I stated above I am providing a 60-day program for members to follow to help achieve their goals. You do not have to do this program to be eligible for prizes (yes, I changed my mind). It is there to provide you a step-by-step process of how to get to where you want to be. If you are assigned a personal program from me or doing one of your own, you may enter this challenge and be included with everyone else.
If you wish to read more about the program you can go here. Again, this is a bodyweight/suspension program. Though substitutions are offered up for movements, if you are expecting a lifting program, this is not that program. The types of movements in this program are – Suspension Single-Leg Squats, One Leg Push-Ups, and Suspension Glute Bridges. This is certainly a challenging program (with modifications available) but it is not a weighted program.

Leigh – I have never been so psyched to join a challenge! This is just what I needed to get my butt back in gear. You rock chickie!!!
Hot damn and hell yeah! The program looks amazing. I’m about 8 lbs away from my goal weight and am a sunken-cheeked, tired and frequently cranky (but much better looking naked!) version of my former self. As such, I don’t think I have it in me to kick my ass at the gym right now. I’ll do the challenge with my own workouts/deficit program and look forward to trying the program when I reach my goal!
I’ve never been on a forum before so forgive the “beginner” questions. I’m curious if there are images somewhere that show exactly what the exercises are as I want to make sure that I am doing them correctly. Also, what is the link that all the information for this challenge is posted at, including diet and recipes.
