Think about getting a Mattes Ankle Exerciser, available at stretchingusa.com. I work with a lot of roller derby girls, and them chicks is always bustin' ankles, yo. I CANNOT STAND endless Theraband work, and this thing allows you to progressively increase resistance like you do for any other lift. But keep this our secret, I can't have everyone getting one of these. Tracy Anderson sucks. Ahhh, I feel much better.
