Sorry to hear about the pup. I’ve got two sick pets right now and am doing what I can to keep them healthy or at least pain-free.

I missed half of SYTYCD a couple weeks ago, due to techincal difficulties! So frustrating! The clips during the results show just don’t make up for missing the actual routines. Those folks are amazing.

Oh and Chris — I would TOTALLY buy a 5-gallon tub of Greek Yogurt! I’m sure my family would look at me funny though! (Funnier than usual, that is!)

Dude, I would not want to meet you in a dark alley in this state. You are one seriously pissed off Leigh. I’m sorry you’re having a crappy week. Crappy weeks suck. So do allergies for the pooch–poor guy!

My brain is hazy from another 4 hr drive with screaming kiddos (well, not screaming all the time…they were much more pleasant and agreeable on today’s drive and BONUS-no puking!), so some of that other stuff went right over my head, but let’s just say that sucky people suck!

Everyone needs to vent sometimes… my biggest beef, rude people on the roads and people who have pets and don’t look after them.

Sad about the pup, do you know the extent of his allergies yet? I had a boxer who was allergic to dust mites and house flies…. poor fella was an indoor dog too gets damn cold in Tasmania in the winter

I took a huge sigh with you as I finished reading your rant paragraph! There was some seriously f*&^ed up shit in there. Being a proud vegetarian of 15+ years, the first point almost struck me through the heart. Also, your poor puppy with allergies. I just found out this week my little girl has a heart condition =(

Leigh, the rollerskating baby viral videos are Evian bottled water commercials so they tie not only into this blog post, but the xenoestrogen/plastic container post as well! Two rants for the price of one!
I’ve also cut my internet time. This is the only blog I read anymore, and all the forums I used to check religiously, related to fitness and other interests (photography, art, music, custom autos, etc.) have been eliminated. I’m at the point that when I have extra time, there’s other things I’d rather do… like vegetate completely, watch TV/movies… or *gasp* actually participate in other interests instead of just talking about them.

I decided to visit Ms. Peele’s site to look at some of her excellent nutritional advice that Nia promotes. I am disturbed to find that you have put words into Nia’s mouth. If you would have read her article, you would have read that Nia states you should feel free to eat more grains if you become vegan/vegetarian. Further, in no way did she bash anyone on her site in response to their comments. Rather, what I saw was people bashing her rather harshly. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, including her. I think it’s pathetic that you attack Nia without reading all her information and make inaccurate accusations. I have applied both her nutritional and workout advice and have seen amazing results.
