Great podcast! I’m going to have to check out that calorie gallery. I laughed my head off when you described your personal plan for traveling–eat whatever! LOL That’s often what I end up doing, too, and I’ve got to be careful about it.

Ha! I love it! I am a “volume whore” too!!! I did not know that was the “official” name, but hey, it works!! I also resonated with the travel issues. When I go to other towns, I go to the grocery store and buy Greek yogurt and the cut fruit for a meal or use the packets of tuna as well.

Loved the podcast Leigh! You owe me two hours for the time lost fiddling with all the fun calculators on these two sites! It was better than FB!! You are awesome and I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon you and your information. I have struggled with my last 7 pounds for 3 years!! Are you kidding me?!?! Thank you for putting fat loss and most everything else into perspective! From one southern chick to another-love ya girl!!
OK I finally got a chance to listen last night and can i just admit right here that ” HI Im Shari and I too am a “volume whore”! ”
And I love the stir fry idea I hadnt thought of that for some reason. I think I will be making that tomorrow.
travel + staying busy with work/sight-seeing + intermittent fasting/one meal per day = good stuff.
Keep yourself consumed with staying busy and you won’t even think about food, then when it’s finally time for dinner you’ll have such a wicked deficit going, a meal out won’t be a problem!
I would like to note that I am quite a volume fan myself. I am the stir fry queen.
Mike-I agree very much. Eating sensible and having an active/social life = best diet ever.
