It’s cookbook time again and this one is one of my favorites. This new cookbook has 25 recipes that focus on two very direct points – Quick & Easy.

Here are a few more pictures of what is on the inside. There is a little bit of everything in here and most recipes keep protein intake adequate. The other recipes make great desserts or great sides to a protein. There are also vegetarian friendly recipes inside.
