Here is the thing, Fortune Cookies are low in calories and make a great choices for texture and sweetness when you have the room for the calories. Here are a few ideas of how you can work them in your program.

  • Pre-workout/Post Workout carb fix with a shakes
  • Mix them in with your protein ice crease (from dessert book) instead of cones for an extra kick
  • Make these to kill a sweet tooth craving and put motivating sayings inside to help you stay on track. This way you burn the calories making them, you know what is going in them, and you keep the calories under control.
