As much as I love working with people in person I discovered I enjoy helping people out all over the world. I have provided training and consults from Alaska to Australia. While there is debate with many on whether or not distance is as effective, I can say for certain you can do amazing things from a distance. Some clients even ended up flying out to meet in person. The question is can you get this information and help from anyone else?

How can I get a consult?

Consults are only available to members, customers, or previous clients. I do this to offer the best service to my customers they can get. Taking on just anyone can be overly time consuming and in the end lead to bad experiences both for me and the client. If you first have a base knowledge of fat loss, training, and general education then it allow us to move right to the point of your problem.

What is the difference between a Consult and Online Training?

Consult – Consults are done via the phone. It is a one-time conversation to discuss your diet, training program design or your mother-in-law. The choice is yours. You can have them multiple times a month, once a month or once all total. You will also receive an audio recording of your consult for your records so you don’t forget or miss out on anything we discussed.

Program Design – Program Design is done via email and phone. Once your goals and information is collected you will be given a program design based on those goals including diet guidelines and training routine. Specific projects can be taken on as well such as weight class, meets or competitions.

Program designs are done a month at a time. You get the initial email consult and then a follow up via phone to make sure you are clear on everything you need to do for your program. If after a month you want me to continue to design your program then I will provide you program designs as needed.

Distance Training – Distance training means I would travel to your location to meet with you in person. It would be a 2-day/1-night visit where we would overhaul your entire training and diet system. These 2-days would be spent on everything from kitchen and grocery shopping to gym training. This is the ultimate and obviously limited due to time and expenses. You would be responsible for travel expenses and lodging. There would be an increase fee for overseas travel.

There can also be travel to my area or meet ups when I am traveling. While I don’t feel these are quite as effective they are options to be considered.
