If you are a customer of: Fat Loss Troubleshoot, Starve Mode, Clutch Society, or a client and you have a service problem, expect a 24/48-hour response time on weekdays and a 72-hour response time if on weekends. For example, if you send a email Friday night, we might not respond until Monday morning. We want to do the best we can by our customers, but we are a small company and wait times have to be expected. Do not worry at all about the fact that your happiness is our utmost importance.
We take a strong pride in the treatment of our customers and we believe in making our customers happy to the best of our ability. You never have to be worried that we wont work to resolve your problem, but it may take a little patience.
