So I’m thinking, “what more could Leigh possibly have to say beyond Fatloss Troubleshoot and Metabolic Repair Manual;” weren’t they jam-packed with all the information we need. So I wasn’t really all that excited for Body by Eats, once I heard it wasn’t a Recipe book, I thought it would be the same info as in FLTS.
And then this morning the “Did You Hear?” report, the sneak peak to Body By Eats came to my email.
Leigh, first off, you are just a darned good writer! You keep things abruptly simple to make a point, are still as funny as ever, current, hit the broad base of interested audience.
…. at Chapter 4 … paused to read more of the report… “0″ typos so far lol!….
“Embrace food” Leigh writes. Sometimes my mind tells me that I’m not losing weight because I’m feeding myself with good tasting food instead of depriving myself; I know that can’t be true… Let’s see what Leigh has to say…
Ahhhhh color pictures of food. Starting with mmmm … you’ll have to see for your self, but it is one of my favoriet foods, oh dear that one looks truly evil .. well, it must be much smaller than the photo shows…
finally found a typo… see, I knew only God was perfect … Sodium- 15.15.9 mg in the first recipe. Yea!!! now Leigh will HAVE to do a follow-up book for us!

So, how did you get to see sneak peak. Nothing would open and I can’t see anything here either.
In the “you and yummy” section you are basically advocating that you can exercise your way out of a bad diet. You ate these things as a kid but now you eat better, if you still ate the things you listed do you think that you would be in the shape you are in today?
Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn’t the Mac and Cheese that is sold today have more artificial additives and flavourings added now that the food industry has evolved ore over the last 20 years?

What a fun report! I have to concur with Etana, I wasn’t sure what to expect with Body By Eats. I was going to get it anyway but I figured “Cool, more recipes.” I really wanted to continue reading the sections you listed and want more of those recipes.
The writing is amazing. I know this is something you have struggled with in the past but this is leagues above your previous work. Very impressive, can’t wait till the launch!

Am I the first guinea pig? I just tried out the ice cream and Oh MY God. It was WAY WAY better than I thought it was going to be. I am glad I had been keeping my ice cream maker cold. Leigh if nothing else I am so happy because I can have protein filled ice cream. I don’t think you know what you have done for me!!!
Was anyone else blown away by the sushi thing or did I miss the boat?

the thing that blew my mind was the darned baking soda box thing…..good grief!
oh and i havent tried the ice cream but im sure it wonderful, i make something very similar already but have not put it in my ice cream maker, i have only froze it
I can’t believe I got rid of my ice cream maker in my last move! *bangs head against wall*
But I am going to try the recipe using the blend and refreeze method. If it works, I’ll let y’all know.
