I always love your podcasts, Leigh (and the fitcast) and they are a definite must for my walks. I feel like I’m finally doing things right, lots of easy walks, some weights, and a deficit. Now to get the stretching properly into my workout.
Just to let you know I have no trouble downloading through iTunes.

Leigh, thank you so much for the advice. It was so helpful, I listened to it two or three times. It helped clear up a lot for me about my attitude, confidence, approach, etc.

I definitely love the “be the same person to everyone rule.” I feel it does affect my behavior if I know the person, which I need to be aware of and recognize when it does occur. I need to consistently speak in a similar fashion, despite it being a stranger or not.

On a side note, you sound like my roommate when he has his retainer in. )
