<p><strong>Ice Cream Recipe:</strong></p>
<h2>CoCo Coffee Ice Cream &#8211; Leigh Peele</h2>
<p>60g Protein Powder, Chocolate<br />
22 fl oz Almond milk, Chocolate Unsweet<br />
7 g Splenda (or 12 g regular sugar if don&#8217;t want to use artificial)<br />
2 g xanthum gum<br />
5 g instant coffee<br />
10 g unsweet cocoa powder<br />
3 packets of stevia</p>
<p>Directions:</p>
<p>1. Make sure your ice Cream maker is ready to use per factory instructions.</p>
<p>2. Place protein powder and milk into blend. Blend for 30 sec.</p>
<p>3. Add remaining ingredients and blend together for 1 min or until fully mixed and thick.</p>
<p>4. Transfer into ice cream maker and wait for ice cream to thicken. Depending on maker it is roughly 30-50 mins.</p>
<p>Yields 2 heaping servings</p>
<p>Calories: 215 Protein: 27 Carbs: 13. 2 Fat: 6.29</p>

If it works then the problem is solved if not then there has to be some sort of download limit maybe? I don&#8217;t know but I thought I would try moving it to a new server to see what happens.</p>

<p>Goal setting is an important section in your personal transformation.  Often times people have a vision of what they want to achieve but fail to put a concrete label to it.  With a little thought and creative use of words all goals have the ability to be defined. These goals can be in body, mind, career, or with relationships. This doesn&#8217;t have to speak only to body transformations.
