I have received a tremendous response from the Body Fat Picture article on wanting more examples. You would be surprised how hard it is to come by people standing in a relaxed position for these types of photos. I can’t simply take them from the internet randomly (however tempted). The solution? If you so desire, send a front and back picture to trainer @ avidityfitness.net. Here are the specifications.
- Do not send me gigantic pictures. They need to be no bigger than 800×600 in size. If you need help on resizing pictures you can do it via the free “paint” program that comes with almost any PC program.
- There is no need to send your face, I will not being showing it.
- Do not send flexed pictures. Send relax stance pictures.
- The less clothing the better, but no nakies please.

Dance Party 1991 – Oh, the pants. Oh, the mullets.

Now that brings back some memories!!! You’re making me feel every one of my 43 years! Thank goodness they invented curly hair products since then – check out those frizzy perms!!!! Do I actually see stirrup pants? I think I saw some in Target the other day….
i can’t wait for the insomnia/fatigue and motivation articles!
Looking forward to the motivation articles!
all i have to say is did you really have to put the chocolate bars as a picture….so not a good day to be teasing me with that…LOL
Glad for the suspension trainer and motivation articles!!
I hope to send pics soon!
Can’t wait for the article about acne/diet article. I have some thoughts about this based on my own experiences and can’t wait to see what you’ve come up with!
and ditto ^^ about the chocolate. rude
clearly an under 21 establishment…they look like they need a drink…I know I need one after watching that! LOL! Yikes…..!
Ha! How did Jermaine Stewart escape your “Melody Principals” series, Leigh?!
So good – I remeber the overalls with one strap off look – classic! Mullets and mall hair – yikes! I didn’t think those styles made their way into the 90′s.
Interesting mix of 80′s/early 90′s. “wiggle it”, “set it free” and “ive got the power” – grade 9 classics for me!
I really needed this – thanks, Leigh : )
