The fitness and health industry is notorious for misinformation in blogs, news articles, books, and any other form of t.v. or print media. In all honesty, I expect 1 out of 100 readers who read my blog to care about the product I am about to review. The truth is there isn’t one person that will read this post who wouldn’t benefit from Mark Young’s new product.
The Goodz
Mark Young’s package is comprised of various videos and an mp3 to help you navigate though the complex world of fitness and health research. The videos are a “powerpoint” style presentation/seminar, with Mark’s voice over top, explaining the details of each section. The audio and visuals are very clear to see and understand. Sadly, there are no LOL cat pictures but Mark still somehow makes the conversation of statistical data a wee bit more interesting.
What Mark covers is a range of information from what research terms mean to how to hold studies to a higher level of validity. It is not saturated with technicality or the use of big words for the sake of big words. On the other hand, it isn’t so simple that you finish the seminar going, “Great, tell me something I didn’t already know!” In short, the layman or advance fitness pro or health educator, could gain a lot of critical thinking skills that are so sadly missing from society.
Here is a video preview from Mark:
Bottom Line
It’s painfully obvious that there is nothing sexy or quick fix about this product. Knowing how to navigate the course of knowledge and critical thinking, is the means to the quickest fixes of them all. Lastly, if you have ever found yourself horrified or excited from a news article or blog discussing the virtues or fails of some new study, you may be interested to find out how they actually get there.

Am I affiliating this product?
Yes, my link is an affiliate link. I support the product and would receive commission if you bought through my link. If you are uncomfortable with that or simply wish to not buy through an affiliate link, then feel free to google Mark Young and his product. I would never review a product for money only, but the proceeds do go to support Leighpeele.com. I would review if it was not an affiliate product, it is merely an extra bonus.
