If you are a customer of: Fat Loss Troubleshoot, Body By Eats, or Leighpeele.com and you have a service problem, expect a 24/48-hour response time on weekdays and a 72-hour response time if on weekends. For example, if you send a email Friday night, we wont respond until Monday morning. If it is a urgent problem over the weekend please send a email to leighpeelesupport (at) gmail (dot) com. This email will be monitored only on weekends for emergency customer service. We want to do the best we can by our customers, but we are a small company and wait times have to be expected.
