I keep reading about Metabolic Repair Manual, what is that and when can I get it?

Metabolic Repair Manual was a book I released to help those dealing with problems of long term dieting down. I am currently re-writing it as you read this and hope to have it out within the next 3-4 months.

I would like a phone consult with you. When are those available? How much are they?

Sadly, they are not open at this time. When they are, members and former clients get first dibs.

I have questions about training/fat loss. Can I email you?

Sadly, I don’t have any way of knowing if you are a member or not just from an email. I also do have to put value on my time. But, this is exactly what the forums  are for. I am on the forums almost everyday and as of this page creation have almost 2,800 posts. I pay strict attention to my members and make sure they feel they get the most out of their experience. Aside from me, there are hundreds of other members who are smart and capable of giving you quality information.

I have an article or members request, where can I send that?

You can always PM me or send requests through the contact form. We read all requests from members.

I want to share pictures or personal issues, are the forum really private?

Yes. You can’t see ANY of the forum other than support/faq information section. So, you do need to be careful what you post in there. All pictures and information is private and will not be shared with any search engine or people. I take  pride in the privacy of my forum and protection of clients and members.

Help! I can’t log into the site/forums!

When you signed up to become a member, you got a welcome packet. Please open that packet and find the “Members Guide” PDF and follow EVERY SINGLE STEP. If you did not get that packet or had any problems, please email us at support @ leighpeele.com or go through the contact form.

Important: Make sure the email you use to sign up with, is the email you used to purchase. We can’t approve you if the email addresses don’t match up. This is also true for paypal. If you use paypal, we need the address associated with that account. At no time can we ever see any of your financial information. We only see your email addresses.

I followed the steps, but it says I still can’t log in. Why?

You have to be approved to be a member. This usually happens in 24 hours or less. Once approved, you have free reign and all access. You will be notified upon approval. If you aren’t notified, please contact us immediately and we will fix it as soon as possible.

I want to change my username on the forums, how do I?

In order to change your username, send a Private message to KatieNemargut. She is the technical support and forum admin. She will change your username to whatever you want it to be. So, if you choose a name you are regretting, we can take care of that for you.

I want to comment on the blog, but I don’t want it showing my full name. How can I change that?

1. Sign in on the blog.
2. On the sidebar where you logged in, it now says “Membership Details.” Click membership details and it will take you to your profile page.
3. On your profile page, you can change everything from your full name to your display name. It gives you plenty of options to what you can choose.
4. When you are finished with your changes, hit “Update Profile.”

I used to be a member and want to re-join and get back my old username/forum posts back. Is this possible?

Yes! When you purchase a new membership, just send us an email and let us know. Here is an example.

“Hey! I was a former member and have re-signed back up. My email address is (your address here). Can you re-open my forum account? Thanks!”

How can I cancel my membership?

You will never be asked any questions and you can come back anytime. Problem free. I don’t know about you, but I just had to go through canceling a credit card and I thought I had committed a federal crime. We don’t do that here. Simply send a email to support @ leighpeele.com or through the contact form and say you want to cancel your membership.

I bought two memberships by accident, what do I do?

No problem. Simply send a email to support @ leighpeele.com or through the contact form and say you bought two by accident. We will instantly refund the extra one and stop the additional membership.
