As much as I love working with people in person, I discovered I enjoy helping people out all over the world. I have provided training and consults from Alaska to Australia. While there is debate with many on whether or not distance is as effective, I can say for certain you can do amazing things from a distance. Some clients even ended up flying out to meet in person. How can I get a consult?

Consults are available to members only. I do this to offer the best service to my customers they can get. Taking just anyone can be overly time consuming and in the end lead to bad experiences, both for me and the client. If you have a base knowledge of fat loss, training, and general education, it allows us to move right to the point of your problem. Aside from that, you also get support from the other members in the forum. This allows for lower costs for the user. Take home point, 10 bucks can save you hundreds if working with me is something you desire.

If you are unsure if you are right for a program/consult, please answer the following questions to yourself as honestly as you can.

  1. Do you understand the basics of fat loss?
  2. Have you taken part in a training program before/and have a basic understanding of what strength training is?
  3. Are you willing to invest in equipment (at no profit to me) if need for your training?
  4. Do you understand what a carb, protein, and fat are?
  5. Do you understand what general healthy food is?
  6. Do you feel you have a solid grasp of what it is you want?
  7. Are you willing to do what it takes (within sane reason) to achieve your goals?

Consults can cover other areas and even discussions of referrals. For example, I personally do not specialize in Kettlebell instruction or Strongman training, but connections and knowledge of the field can be very helpful. I also have a nice collection of ART and PT referrals for many locations. If you don’t want a consult from me because I am not experienced in an area you wish more discussion on, feel free to drop a line and I will try to hook you up

Final word before purchase details

The thing is, I don’t like to waste people’s money or my time. I am 100% supportive and I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect you to care and not to run through the motions. This is not for people who want to feel better about not getting results or are looking for an excuse. This is for people who want to get healthier or closer to attaining their goals, whatever they are. The truth is I usually get what you want out of you. If you don’t give up on you, I sure as hell won’t.
